100000 tons resin project cooperation of Goldenfish Group
01 The project description
Two resin synthesis workshops have been built in phase I of Goldenfish chemical industrial area, and reserved empty space of reaction kettles, the resins production capacity will reach 120000 tons, there is planned land on the south of industrial area as the phase II construction land. This project in addition to satisfying the enterprise self-demand, it also seek the cooperation with paint and coating enterprise at home and abroad with scale、intensive production to build a professional resin industry base that is integrating resin research and development, production, service.
02 Location
The project is located in “provincial industry gathering area” that is the first batch approved by Hebei province government, and on the southeast of Shijiazhuang downtown. It is 2km away from National Highway 308, 5km away from Qinyin expressway, 3km away from Beijing-Hongkong- Macao expressway. The transportation is convenient.
03 High temperature workshop
The process temperature is below 280°C with heat transfer oil supplying heat、cold oil supplying cooling temperature. It mainly produces alkyd resins, polyester resins, unsaturated polyester resins, aqueous resins. There are 17 sets reaction kettles with industrial DCS automatic control and annual production capacity of 30000 tons; and reserves 10 sets empty space with above 18 cubic meters for reaction kettle which can increase production capacity 60000 tons, the total production capacity will be 90000 tons.
04 Low temperature workshop
The process temperature is below 140 °C with heat transfer oil, steam heating up and cold oil, water cooling temperature. It mainly produces acrylic resins, hardeners, adhesives, water proof coatings. There are 32 sets reaction kettles with industrial DCS automatic control and annual production capacity of 30000 tons; and reserves 5 sets empty space which can increase 5000 tons production, total production will be 35000 tons
05 Complete supporting facilities
Hazardous chemical production license, environmental protection procedures are complete;1 set sewage treatment station with daily treatment of 600 tons waste water, 1 set constant pressure foam fire protection facility , 1 set boiler room(equipped 2 sets heat transfer oil furnaces with power 4 million calories and 1.6 million calories, reserved 4 sets boiler empty space of 10 tons ) were built; there are 20sets solvent storage tanks,10 sets resin storage tanks, various storage conditions of bulk buckets warehouses, cold warehouses, heat preservation warehouses; double power supply, making nitrogen, compressed air, vacuum, freezing water and so on supporting facilities are complete.
06 Strong technical resources

（2）The enterprise has been engaged in resin production for 60 years, there are 60 skilled resin production workers and one-third of them have the national middle and senior technician qualification,5pcs professional laboratories, 15pcs research and development , application engineers with above undergraduate degree .
